Graduate school of traditional Chinese medicine opens in SW China city

A graduate school of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) opens in Chengdu, capital of southwest China's Sichuan province, local educational departments said Tuesday.

The school, the first of its kind in the country, has been approved by Sichuan provincial academic degree commission and department of education.

It was founded by Chengdu University of TCM, one of the four earliest higher education institutions of TCM in China and among the first batch of universities to confer master's and doctor's degrees of TCM.
