Two US soldiers killed by roadside bomb in BaghdadTwo U.S. soldiers were killed in a roadside bomb blast in Baghdad on Thursday, the U.S. military said on Friday. "Two soldiers, assigned to Task Force Baghdad, were killed when an improvised explosive device hit their vehicle while patrolling in Baghdad area on Jan. 5," the military said in a statement. The names of the killed soldiers were being withheld pending notification of next of kin, it added.
