Hwang Woo-suk held the press conference Thursday for his fabrication on his stem cell research paper,but he insists that a Korean hospital which joined the research should be responsible for this issue too.After Seoul National University's confirmation of Hwang Woo-suk's fabrication of his paper on Jan.10,the South Korea government has removed "Top Scientist"title from Hwang Woo-suk and deposed all his duty.A special investigation team was formed by the Supreme Prosecutors' Office and the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.
