Space sci-tech industrial base launched in Shanghai

A framework agreement on strategic cooperation between China Aerospace Science And Technology Corporation and the Shanghai municipal government was signed on Jan.22, which initiated the construction of Shanghai Aerospace Science and Technology Industrial Base.

At the base three space industrial projects for civilian use with total investment of 3.3 billion yuan and a popular space science park (including an aerospace museum) with total investment of 2.2 billion yuan will first be built at Pujiang Town.
