Ireen Wust of the Netherlands clocked four minutes, 2.43 seconds to win the women's 3,000m speed skating at the Turin Winter Olympics on Sunday.

Renate Groenewold of the Netherlands finished second in 4:03.48 and Canadian Cindy Klassen was third in 4:04.37.
