Russian Pyleva thrown out of Olympics

Russian Olga Pyleva, silver medalist in 15km individual biathlon, was booted out of the Turin Winter Olympics on Thursday after the International Olympic Committee confirmed a positive doping test.

The 30-year-old Pyleva, a gold medallist in the 10km pursuit in the 2002 Olympics, will be stripped of her medal.
