Shanghai General Motors yesterday held a release for its LaCROSSE in Shanghai New International Expo Center.

The LaCROSSE comes in three models, the 2.4 L CX, the performance-oriented CXS and the more luxurious CXL, priced at 239,800 yuan, 269,800 yuan and 329,800 yuan respectively. The three models will be sold in the second quarter of this year.

CX and CXS are equipped with 2.4 L D-VVT four-cylinder engine with horsepower and torque up to 125kw/6400rpm and 225Nm/4800rpm respectively. The CXL comes with 3.0 L V6 engine and could switch between three-cylinder and six-cylinder. it could reduce oil consumption by 2% to 8%.
