Two trains crashed head-on in the Argentine capital late Monday, injuring over 20 people.
The accident occurred on a railway bridge in the upscale district of Palermo at 2200 local time (0200 GMT).
According to railway officers, a cargo train began heading for the terminal in Retiro after dropping two boxcars at a train station on the bridge, but was rammed by an oncoming passenger train.
Those injured were sent to a nearby hospital for treatment and nobody was killed in the accident, hospital sources said.
The railway bridge is an accident-prone area which has already seen a number of such crashes.
