The 2nd China International Cartoon & Animation Festival, organized by State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, will be held from April 28 to May 3 in Hangzhou, announced Xia Baolong, Deputy Party Committee Secretary of Zhejiang Province.

This is the second time China International Cartoon & Animation Festival is held in Hangzhou �C "paradise on earth", following its first success last year.

The second CICAF will comprise 20 activities in five modules to be held on the principle - "being of national scale, international, professional and industrialized", featuring the theme - "Cartoon and Animation Makes Life More Wonderful".
