Hong Kong Customs officers arrested 11 people and seized 34 computers that pirated software installed in a corporate crackdown from March 6 to 9, the Customs said Friday.

Customs' Intellectual Property Investigation Bureau officers raided six companies, and seized from five of them the 34 computers, worth about 120,000 HK dollars (15,385 U.S. dollars), which were installed with infringing design and office-application software.

The market value of the genuine versions of the software is about 220,000 HK dollars (28,205 U.S. dollars). Nine men and two women, aged 30 to 44, were arrested. They are on bail pending investigation.
