ISC published the report at Tuesday's symposium on the "Measures for the Administration of Internet E-Mail Service", which is China's first press conference on anti-spam issues in 2006.

ISC also gave a blacklist including the IP addresses of 295 spam servers and 65 domain names or websites that benefit from junk mail activities.
