Ma Ying-jeou, Chen Shui-bian meet in Taipei

Ma Ying-jeou, chairman of the Chinese Kuomintang Party (KMT), and Chen Shui-bian, leader of the Taiwan authorities, had a meeting in Taipei on Monday afternoon, according to reports from Taiwan-based media.

During their talks, Ma and Chen exchanged views on the issue of cross-Straits relations, according to the reports.
