Six Palestinian militants were killed and three others wounded in an Israeli airstrike on a training camp west of the southern Gaza Strip town of Khan Yunis Saturday evening, Palestinian witnesses and medics said.

Witnesses said that an Israeli Apache helicopter attacked a training camp belonging to Ahmed Abu Reesh Brigades, linked to the Fatah movement.

Sources from Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis said that four had been confirmed dead, and there was an intensive search for remains of the rest.
