Gold price higher in Hong Kong -- April 11

The gold price in Hong Kong rose 50 HK dollars to 5,537 HK dollars per tael on Tuesday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).

The price is equivalent to 599.69 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 5.34 U.S. dollars at Tuesday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.7505 HK dollars.
