Photo taken on April 17 show the crude oil price on a billboard in New York, US. The crude oil price hit new record on the New York Mercantile Exchange on April 17, closing at 70.40 US dollars a barrel for the fear of the continuing nuclear crisis in Iran and the sluggish prospect of oil supply.
