Peru's mermaid girl hits two

Peru's mermaid girl Milagros Cerron, the baby born with legs fused together from her thighs to her ankles celebrates her two-year-old birthday on April 27, 2006 and it is her first birthday since the delicate surgery to separate her legs. The smiles creep over her face as she walks haltingly with help from doctors. Photo shows the pretty "miracle baby" blows candles at her birthday party.
