Polish Foreign Ministry seeks U.S. help to close down nationalist website
font size

The Polish Foreign Ministry has addressed a note to the U.S. authorities, asking for help to close down a nationalist website, the government said on Sunday.

Poland's government spokesman Konrad Ciesiolkiewicz said the site signed by a self-claimed group of Blood and Honor can be found on the American server and that the Polish services cannot erase it.

The site carries photographs and information, as the authors claim, about persons engaged in anti-fascist and anti-racist activities, including color immigrants, activists of ultra-left groups and their sympathizers, activists of the broadly conceived homosexual and pedophile lobbies.

Ciesiolkiewicz said the site also carries Nazi texts, a practice which is "illegal under the Polish law and constitution and provokes hatred."

The Polish Justice Ministry has got in touch with Americans over the issue, said the spokesman.
