Brazil maybe the overwhelming favorite to defend their global crown for a sixth World title, but they are definitely not without weakness.
It's true that the formidable front-four of Brazil consisting of strikers Adriano and Ronaldo, attacking midfielder Ronaldinho and Kaka, can crack the most solid defence with ease. But to cram all the superstars into the starting lineup, Parreira had to give up solidarity for sheer talent.
Ronaldinho and Kak, the two top-rank midfielders, are used to roaming freely on their respective club teams. But as fellow members in one team, they'll have to adjust to each other's presence. They'll have to work harder defensively and try to stay out of each other's way. This may limit their effectiveness.
Goalkeeper Dida has made lots of mistakes this season for AC Milan as he recovered from a thigh injury. Ageing fullbacks Cafu and Roberto Carlos, 36 and 33 respectively, were no longer at their prime and may have difficulty covering the whole flank on their own when facing strikers with good movement.
The two holding midfielders Emerson and Ze Roberto will play the role of providing most of Brazil's defensive cover. And yet Emerson has been struggling all season with a groin problem, while Ze Roberto is a natural winger who may not be 100% as a holding midfielder.
See how Brazil adjusts to these weaknesses and performs their best.
