The Nepali government and the guerrilla Thursday agreed to hold summit talks "soon".
According to a press statement issued after the second round of talks held here, both the sides decided to ask the United Nation's Human Right Commission-Nepal to monitor rights situation during cease-fire.
The government and the guerrilla also formed a 31-member committee to monitor the implementation of truce code of conduct.
The talks between the top leaders of the parliamentary parties and the top leader of the guerrilla Prachanda will be held as soon as possible, the statement said.
The government and the guerrilla also named some supervisors for the ongoing talks.
Home Minister Krishna Rasa Sitoula led the government talks team while the guerrilla team was led by party spokesperson Krishna Bahadur Mahara.
The first round of the talks was held in Kathmandu on May 26, which had finalized a 25-point cease-fire code of conduct.
