| Construction of Lhasa Railway Station completed |

 The photo shows the main building of the Lhasa Railway Station. The construction of the terminal station of Qinghai-Tibet Railway-Lhasa Station was completed June 20, 2006, Xinhua reported. It was the largest railway station alongside Qinghai-Tibet Railway. With its location in Lhasa, the capital of Tibet Autonomous Region, the station was built with an altitude of 3,600 meters.
