Two Palestinians killed in Gaza explosion

Two Palestinians were killed and several others injured in a big explosion in Gaza City on Wednesday afternoon, Palestinian security sources said.

The blast badly damaged a house in Zaytoon neighborhood in southern Gaza City, the sources added.

Earlier, Palestinian witnesses said that the explosion was caused by Israeli missiles.

But an Israeli army spokesman denied that the army carried out any strike in the area.
