New invention makes Chinese learning easier

With nine Chinese characters, one can spell out all the characters, with ten Arabic numerals one can communicate with every person with different languages.

Recently a set of software in simplifying the Chinese learning has approached its last development phase, which will offer a much more convenient way for learning and using Chinese.
