font size

Over the next three to five years, China will establish a better and more comprehensive legal system to ensure honesty and reliability in the tourism industry, according to a source from the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA).

"The legal system is fundamental to this system-establishing process,"said Zhang Xiqin, deputy director of CNTA.

Zhang said the government continues to revise regulations and urges more provinces to pass laws regulating tourism.

China will also train tourist guides leading up the the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
