Senior CPC official leaves for African tour

Wu Guanzheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, left Beijing Sunday morning for a 15-day official goodwill visit to Rwanda, Madagascar, Botswana and Gabon.

Wu, who is also secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC, is invited by Rwandese Patriotic Front, Tiako I Madagasikara, Botswana Democratic Party and Democratic Party of Gabon.
