The cast of the historical movie, "The Tokyo Trial", met the press at its premiere in the People's Great Hall in Beijing on Wednesday. The film, directed by Gao Qunshu, tells a true story about the trial of top Japanese war criminals at the International Military Tribunal for the Far East after World War II, and will hit movie theaters this Friday.
Hong Kong acting veteran, Damian Lau, plays the only Chinese judge, Mei Ru'ao, at the tribunal in the movie.
