China's top legislator back home after visit to Latin America

China's top legislator Wu Bangguo came back home Sunday morning after a 13-day official good-will visit to Brazil, Uruguay and Chile.

Wu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislative body, also visited the Latin-American Parliament in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
