Recently the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced a list of new cars, the 127th group to date. The list includes the BJ7350, a new model produced by the Beijing Benz-Daimler Chrysler Automotive Co, Ltd. (BBDC) This car is also called the Mercedes-Benz E350, the best selling model of Benz's 'E' class cars. The manufacture of this vehicle has begun in China and the car is likely to come onto market at the end of this year, said an insider at BBDC. Now there are two models of Mercedes-Benz cars produced in China, the E200K and the E280.

The list also includes two new models built by Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd -- the TV7250 and TV7300.
