Nine baby pandas born in 2006 were shown to tourists at the Chengdu Research Base of the Giant Panda Breeding Center on September 28. The nine baby pandas, plus another born to the base's giant panda in Zoo Atlanta, are in good health. This is the most young the base has ever had in one year.
