font size

China will develop cooperation with Tanzania on fighting corruption and improving administrative supervision, Chinese State Councilor Hua Jianmin said here Tuesday.

"China would like to continue exchanges with Tanzania on clean-government building and other areas on the basis of mutual respect and equality," said Hua when he met with Philip Marmo, Minister of State for Good Governance in the President's Office of Tanzania.

Hua, also secretary general of the State Council, briefed Marmo and his party on China's social and economic development and its anti-corruption efforts.

Marmo spoke highly of China's remarkable achievements in recent years and its efforts in fighting corruption, saying the Ministry of State for Good Governance is willing to work with China's Ministry of Supervision.
