Liberian President leaves Beijing for South China

Liberian President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf left Beijing Sunday for Shenzhen, a booming city in south China's Guangdong Province.

The president is paying a state visit to China on the sidelines of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) to be opened on Nov. 4. She will be present at the summit.

Besides the Chinese capital and Shenzhen, the president will also visit Changsha of Hunan Province in central China, northern port city of Tianjin, and industrial city Shenyang in Liaoning Province of northeast China.
