Egypt to hold fourth Ministerial Conference of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation

The fourth ministerial conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) is to be held in Egypt in 2009, the third ministerial conference of the FOCAC decided in Beijing on Friday.
