China, Algeria sign statement on strategic cooperation

Hu Jintao and Abdelaziz Bouteflika signed the joint statement to facilitate strategic partnership between the two countries. Abdelaziz Bouteflika attended the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Nov. 4-5 and started a state visit to China Nov. 6.
