Earlier in the day, the military said that a U.S. soldier was killed in small arms fire in Baghdad on Tuesday, and two more U.S. soldiers were also killed Tuesday when their vehicle was struck by a roadside bomb northwest of Baghdad. Before that, four more soldiers, including three marines, were killed in Iraq's western Anbar province, said the military.
