South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun Friday left for Vietnam to attend the 14th APEC summit in Hanoi.

According to the Presidential Office, Roh is set to meet with Chinese President Hu Jintao on Friday.

During the APEC summit, Roh will also hold bilateral talks with U.S. President George W. Bush and other leaders of APEC members to discuss issues including the nuclear problem of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), the Presidential Office said.

Following a three-day visit to Vietnam, Roh will make a four- day state visit until Wednesday to Cambodia to seek closer bilateral economic and cultural relations, said the Presidential Office.
