Chinese President Hu Jintao and U.S. President George W. Bush met in the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi on Sunday to exchange views on bilateral relations and international and regional issues of common concern.

The two presidents met on the sidelines of the 14th Economic Leaders' Meeting of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), which will end Sunday.
