Iran has invited Iraqi and Syrian presidents to Tehran for weekend summit with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on curbing Iraqi violence, al-Jazeera TV reported on Monday.

Iraqi president Jalal Talabani has accepted the invitation and will fly to Tehran on Saturday, the TV said.
