Tomb from Warring States period discovered in northwest China

Archeologists study an unearthed funerary vehicle on November 15.Recently, a giant tomb from the Warring States Period (BC 475-221) was discovered in Zhang Jiachuan Hui Autonomous County in Gansu Province in northwest China. Ten rare vehicles with exquisite lacquer paintings and gold and silver adornments have been excavated. A large number of funerary objects including gold, silver, copper, earthenware and animal bones have also been found.
