Armed Fiji soldiers returned moments ago to Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase's home and have blocked off access on either side of the road leading to his home, said local media Tuesday.

Earlier Tuesday bettledressed soldiers went into Qarase's home and seized two official cars for the Prime Minister.

Qarase is believed to be at home now.

He told media he is still in charge, and will not obey the President's call to either meet all army's demands or resign.
