The second issue of Party Journal Qiushi, or Seeking Truth, run by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, will publish on Tuesday an article written by China's top political advisor Jia Qinglin.

The article is titled To Guide and Promote the Work of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) with Scientific Theories in the New Phase of New Century.

Jia is chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
