Bush says to continue diplomacy on DPRK nuclear issue

U.S. President George W. Bush said on Tuesday that the United States will join diplomatic efforts by China, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), South Korea, Japan and Russia to solve the nuclear issues on the Korean peninsula.

"We are pursuing intensive diplomacy to achieve a Korean peninsula free of nuclear weapons," Bush said in his sixth State of the Union address.
