The Islamic Jihad and other two Palestinian militant groups have claims responsibility for suicide bombing in Israel's Eilat on Monday, CNN reported.
Besides Islamic Jihad, the other two groups are al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, or armed wing of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah faction, and the previously unknown"Army of Believers", according to the report.
A suicide bombing occurred in Israel's Red Sea resort of Eilat on Monday, killing at least three people, local media said.
Israeli daily Ha'aretz reported that a suicide bomber detonated explosives at a local bakery. There was no immediate claim of responsibility in the attack, the first Palestinian bombing in Israel since April.
"There is a mass so we don't know the exact number of death now, " a Magen David Adom spokeman told Xinhua, adding that it might be a terror attack.
It had been unclear at the time of the blast whether the explosion was caused by a gas leak or by an explosive device, but the police later confirmed that it had been set off by a suicide bomber.
Israeli security forces are still investigating.
