Chinese Wang Fei wins women's 1,500m speedskating at Winter Asiad

Chinese Wang Fei won the women's 1,500m speedskating gold medal at the sixth Asian Winter Games on Wednesday.

Wang timed in an Asian record of 2:00.49 for the title, South Korean Lee Ju-Youn finished second by 1.11 seconds and Chinese Ji Jia pocketed the bronze in 2:01.82.
