Spain supports to end Colombia's armed conflictThe Spanish government will continue to support Colombia's efforts to end the latter's long-term armed conflict, said Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos on Wednesday. Moratinos made the pledge while meeting visiting Colombian Vice President Francisco Santos. Santos introduced Colombia's new anti-drug plans, another axis of administrative policy set by the Colombian President Alvaro Uribe. Moratinos also expressed Spain's support for the Andean economic integration efforts and a broader proposed agreement on the cooperation between the Andean Community and the European Union.
