A car bomb went off near a busy parking lot in central Baghdad on Sunday, killing at least two people and wounding four others, an Interior Ministry source said.
"A car bomb detonated at about 11:30 a.m. (0830 GMT) in a crowded area near the Bab al-Muadham parking lot in central Baghdad," the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.
The source added that the death toll could rise as the attack took place at the rush hour when dozens of passenger buses are parking there.
The attack came a day after one of the deadliest truck bombing attack in a busy market of Sadriyah in central Baghdad that killed more than 130 people and wounded 305 others.
