A car bombing and roadside bomb attacks killed four people and wounded 12 others on Sunday, an Interior Ministry source said.
A car bomb went off in the Doura neighborhood in southern Baghdad, killing three people and wounding seven others, the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.
In a separate incident, a roadside bomb detonated near the Musa Bin Nasir fuel station in Karradah district in the center of the capital, killing a civilian and wounding five others, the source said.
In an earlier incident, the death toll rose to four with nine injured when a car bomb went off at a crowded area near the Bab al- Muadham parking lot in central Baghdad, the police said.
On Sunday morning, four policemen were killed and four others wounded in a bomb explosion near a police patrol in the Kasrah neighborhood in northern Baghdad, the police said.
The attack came a day after one of the deadliest truck bombing attack in a busy market of Sadriyah in central Baghdad that killed more than 130 people and wounded 305 others.
