DPRK top negotiator arrives for six-party talks

Kim Kye-Gwan, top negotiator from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), arrived in Beijing at noon Thursday for the six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue.

The third phase of the fifth round six-party talks will resume on Thursday afternoon. The talks also involve China, the United States, the Republic of Korea (ROK), Japan and Russia.
