Vietnamese Deputy PM starts Macao tour

Pham Gia Khiem, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, arrived in Macao Wednesday to kick off his two-day official visit here.

Pham and his delegation met with Chief Executive Edmund Ho Hau Wah in the evening and attended a banquet hosted by Ho.

During the stay, Pham and his delegation is to attend a trade symposium, to visit the University of Macao and to tour some tourism attractions.

Pham is on a six-day visit in China, which started on March 24, at the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Li Zhaoxing.

Macao is his last stop during his China tour.
