Gold price higher in Hong Kong -- April 16

The gold price in Hong Kong went up 89 HK dollars to 6,373 HK dollars per tael on Monday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).

The price is equivalent to 687.56 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 11.81 U.S. dollars at Monday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.8060 HK dollars.
