The UAE's Sheikh Khalid Al Qassimi and British co-driver Nick Beech on Saturday achieved the final victory after 18 timed special stages of 2007 Jordan Rally in the Dead Sea area, Jordan.
Qassimi and Beech clocked 3 hours 17 minutes 44.7 seconds in his Subaru Impreza WRX STi, leaving second place to Jordanian Amjad Farrah and co-driver Nicola Arena after timing 3:18:56.4 in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX.
Lebanese Michel Saleh and co-driver Ziad Chehab took the third place with 3:24:41.3 in a Subaru Impreza WRX STi.
After winning the 2007 Jordan Rally, the fourth round of the Middle East Rally Championship(MERC), Qassimi kept the lead of the MERC standings with 33 points.
Farrah moves to second place in MERC standings behind Qassimi with 27 points leaving Qatar's Nasser Al Attiyah with 20 points.
The 2007 Jordan Rally was considered as the final dress rehearsal before next year's WRC round in Jordan in March.
