Young Africans beat Mtibwa Sugar in Tanzanian mini-leagueUPDATED: 10:59, June 24, 2007Defending first-division champions Young Africans on Saturday defeated Mtibwa Sugar 3-2 in the Group A play-off of the Tanzanian mini league soccer tournament. The match was played in Arusha of northern Tanzania. In Group B in Morogoro, Simba SC beat Ashanti United 2-1 after a first-half tie of one-all. Simba SC were the runners-up of last year's first division league. Six clubs are playing in two play-off groups to sort out the top two clubs to represent the country in next year's African Champions League and the Confederation Cup tourneys.
